How to prepare your Return
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Ralph PJ Diamonds, follow our three step process:
RMA # (Return Murchandise Authorization)
- Please Call us at 1.212.302.5430 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on your original invoice. Place the invoice inside the box you are returning.
Insure Your Package. -
If your purchase was more than $500, ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Ralph PJ Diamonds *.
* Note: (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
If you have purchased a diamond at Ralph PJ Diamonds:
If you are not satisfied with your diamond purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund of your purchase price. Here are some important things for you to know in the event that you need to return a diamond:

All returned items must be received in original condition.
•
If the certificate was sent with the diamond, it must accompany the diamond. Otherwise, there will be a $125 fee to replace the document.
•
After 14 days, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you have purchased an engagement ring or jewelry item at Ralph PJ Diamonds:
Most of our items are custom made for each order and are not returnable. If an item is custom made, sized, or has had a diamond mounted, the item cannot be returned. If you are not sure about an item, please contact us. If your item is returnable, we will refund your purchase price. We are in the business of making you happy and will do whatever it takes for you to be fully satisfied with your order.
Note: a diamond specialist will always discuss your order with you prior to final order to ensure your 100% satisfaction.
All returned items must be received in original condition. After our staff has received the merchandise and verifies the content, we will refund your full purchasing price (minus any shipping fees) within two business days.
